McFarlane Toys Yellow Submarine Jeremy Action FigureHere's a real nowhere man. The Jeremy Hilary Boob figure may look sort of like a plucked chicken wearing a mask to the untrained eye, but to the expert... this is clearly a plucked chicken in some screwy mask. Were the motion-capture remake of the film to be made, this would be completely terrifying.

McFarlane Toys Yellow Submarine Jeremy Action FigureThis little fellow is more of a statue than a toy, but the same can be said for most of McFarlane's output in the 1990s. As an accessory, he's amazing. At a hair under 4-inches tall, this portly little fellow has a highly detailed face in addition to articulation at the arms. The face seems to be a separate piece, but I have a feeling if I were to force it, it might snap off. So be careful.

The face deco isn't an exact match for the animation, and the lumpy, wolly, oddball body isn't quite perfectly replicated in plastic. Due to the bizarre nature of the character there's really no mistaking him for someone else, but it's obvious a repaint or a slight retooling of the mask could make it far better were the opportunity to come up. (It won't.) From his strange makeup to his pink ears, this character's whimsical, bizarre design might look good in your office... if you really want to scare people who aren't movie buffs or hardcore fans of the Beatles.

Like most of this line, it can be had cheaply today-- so pay attention to the going rate if you decide to buy one.
