Assemble! While we were told movie was out and comic was in, it seems that Avengers Assemble is a new line based on an upcoming Disney XD animated series and not specifically the comic books which have been around since 1963. The new show has Black Widow, Iron Man, Hulk, The Falcon, Captain America, Thor, and Hawkeye, but it seems the toy line may incorporate other characters as well./p>

Unsurprisingly, the line has a good chunk of 3 3/4-inch action figures with pretty good articulation, plus characters rarely seen in this scale like The Leader. Both super-articulated and cheaper $6 figures will be made, and you can see Cap, Thor, Hulk, and Iron Man in the pictures.

The $10-ish 12-inch figures will also continue for this range, which we are reportedly hearing are mistaken for bubble bath dispensers by some consumers. Regardless, it looks rather neat
