San Diego Comic-Con July 25, 2014

They're here! Gentle Giant is working on 12-inch versions of G.I. Joe's 3 3/4-inch line from 1982. Upsized straight-arm figures were shown, and the initial offering is said to be 8 figures - and from there? Who knows.

With no Cobra on display, or Duke or some of the more popular characters, this line will join the roll-out previously seen with Star Wars. Mattel is handling their own upsized figures, so this is clearly a bona-fide trend now!
