Super7 Reveals Masters of the Universe Ultimates

  Super7 posted Masters of the Universe Ultimates Revealed. Existing molds were used to make versions of He-Man, Skeletor, Teela, Ram-Man, Faker with more accessories than ever before - thanks to the new deco, these are different enough to be of interest to people looking for unique heads. Teela and Faker both sport newly colored noggins.
Prices are unknown, but lower runs at smaller companies for such an ornate set of figures are likely to drive up prices - I would be surprised if they were under $45-$50. Completists will probably be particularly interested in comic color Ram-Man, Teela's new weapons and heads, plus Faker's new head and perhaps differences in the gear. I can only assume more new characters are coming - there were plans for more from Mattel, plus there are still a few easy repaints to be done!

Hero Mashers Monsters Hit the UK, eBay

  Via our very own Toy Fair Coverage: Hasbro Toy Fair 2016 Hero Mashers. They're out. Keep reading.
So here's the deal - we checked with Hasbro - many people at Hasbro in many channels of Hasbro-ness - and were told these would not see distribution in the USA. Yesterday one of my alerts tells me eBay has four of them up, and these four showed up as packaged samples... let's say in a place I can look for these things. As far as I know these are the only four that made it far enough along to see production, and according to anyone I can ask there won't be any coming to the USA. These things can change, as always, but them's the facts as I know them.
Hasbro posted packaged shots on their own site as they often do automatically. They do this for numerous items that never see production, or don't see production in the USA. Don't read in to the USA $9.99 pricing as this is, most likely, wrong. (Come back to this post in 2 years to confirm accuracy. I've been through this before, ask Demolition Rumble.)
Click this link to see active eBay listings, if any. As of yesterday they're selling for about US $20 shipped - not bad, given the original price was to be US $9.99. I assume they're about to be dumped in the UK but I'm not patient and I don't want to miss out on the line that, when I got a sneak peek, struck me as the Xevoz-est thing I've seen in ten years. If you dare, go ahead and order yours.

 Via Hasbro's PR firm, we have news of the next animated Machinima cartoon as well as what appears to be the final name of the post-Titans Return toy line - Power of the Primes. After seeing the original show, fans lavished the Combiner Wars series with such praise as "available now" and "on YouTube in some regions."

'TITANS RETURN' AND 'POWER OF THE PRIMES' WOULD FOLLOW THE GLOBAL SUCCESS OF 'COMBINER WARS,' WHICH GARNERED 122 MILLION GLOBALLY
Following the massive worldwide interest in Transformers: Combiner Wars, Machinima, the first Many2Many programming service focused on fandom and gamer culture, and Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAS), a global play and entertainment company, announced today that they will join forces to develop Titans Return and Power of the Primes, the final two installments of the animated Prime Wars trilogy. Since launching the trilogy's first installment in August 2016, Transformers: Combiner Wars, has garnered more than 122 million global views on a wide variety of platforms, including go90 (United States), SkyQ (U.K.), AMC Iberia (Spain and Portugal), Sohu (China), and YouTube (rest of world).
The first sequel, The Titans Return, will take the action of the series to new "heights," and feature return appearances from many fan-favorite Transformers characters as well as introduce a new set of Autobots and Decepticons. Set in the period following the excitement of The Combiner Wars, the depleted forces of Cybertron and a broken Council of Worlds must now face-off against a new threat that is larger than anything that has come before.
Combiner Wars Executive Producer and Showrunner Eric Calderon is returning to oversee the development of the final two installments.
