You don't buy the San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive Funko Force 2.0 Batman figure because it's fun to play with, but because it's adorable and looks awesome. Measuring about 4-inches tall, this Batman by way of Sanrio can turn his head around and menace anyone you might throw him at. Otherwise it's essentially an adorable statue, ready to stare at you with twin unblinking white eyes casting judgment on your day as you sit there and type and answer the phone and order crap off of Amazon while you think nobody is looking-- oh but someone is looking. Batman sees you.
For a figure that doesn't do anything, this is a great (and initially cheap) design. Funko really did a bang-up job translating Batman into vinyl in a way nobody else could, so when the inevitable standard release version hits for under $10, you should get one. (This variant is an ultra-limited convention release.)
